About Your Job : : You are an ideal fit for this role if you have previous working experience in Cabin Cleaning / Aircraft Appearance in order to do the following tasks : Able to plan and manage all Aircraft cleaning activities at the Zone such as Ramp or Hangar areas during weekly, A & C check to ensure Aircraft cleaning activities are performed by supervisors, team leaders in highest aircraft cleaning standards as per QR / QAS standardEnsure planning and task allocation as per agreed time, report preparation, liaising with QR engineers and duty managers, plan and ensure availability of required materials, vehicles and equipment.
Act as main planner for required manpower and other resources in case of operational disruption, plan & monitor changes by coordinating with Roster Management System teamIf required use the manual allocation and communicate the requirements to all relevant stakeholders to maintain On Time PerformanceMonitoring and ensure the Safe and on-
time performance of aircraft cabin cleaning operations on a shift basis.Ensure the Agreed Service Level of QR and Customer Airlines is maintained at all times.
In case of any delay observed on any customer airlines ensure to obtain a detailed report from the Supervisor and the team lead assigned to the affected flightManage available work force in the shift to maximize productivity, whilst maintaining sufficient resources to meet demand of schedulesCompile report with relevant and adequate details explaining the challenges and / or irregularities faced during the shift and a heads up for the upcoming shift Officer.
Monitor training to ensure all staff has received mandatory training.Ensure compliance to safe systems of work by the Cabin Appearance Department and QAS Airside teamPerform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the DepartmentOversee and supervise employees.
Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service deliveryAbout You : : To be successful in this role, you MUST have : Minimum 6 years of relevant experience working in Cabin Cleaning OR Aircraft AppearanceRelevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's levelGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of operational requirementWorking knowledge of Airport communication systemAwareness of ground handling and safe aircraft handling proceduresMust be a self-
