2-year degree from anaccredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hoteland Restaurant Management, or related major;
3 years experience inthe sales and marketing or related professional area. OR
4-year bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, orrelated major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing orrelated professional area.

Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels toensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and notduplicative.
Builds and strengthensrelationships with existing and new customers to enable futurebookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips,trade shows, etc.
Develops relationshipswithin community to strengthen and expand customer base for salesopportunities.
Manages and developsrelationships with key internal and externalstakeholders.
Provides accurate, complete andeffective turnover to Event Management. Managing SalesActivities
Participates in sales calls withmembers of sales team to acquire new business and / or close onbusiness.
Executes and supports theoperational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal,writing contract, customer correspondence).
Using Knowledge ofMarket Trends and Target Customer Information to MaximizeRevenue
Identifies new business to achievepersonal and location revenue goals.
Understands the overall market - competitors’strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc.and knows how to sell against them.
Closes thebest opportunities for the location based on market conditions andlocation needs.
Gains understanding of thelocation’s primary target customer and serviceexpectations; serves the customer by understanding their business,business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.

Supports the company’s service and relationshipstrategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellencethroughout each customer experience.
Servicesour customers in order to grow share of the account.
