1- Process and dispatch orders requests received through Alif website across the fulfilment team. 2- Preform delay reports of orders received, fulfillment, delivered, returned, refunds items as necessary and keep accurate records of items returned or lost in transit.
3- Check and upload new stock to the ERP system as required. Manage stock levels using the SAP B1 ERP system. Report shortages and order stock.
4-Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
5- Product knowledge of E-commerce products to preform after sales for Online customer service. 6- Handle all returns, organize replacements or 8- Monitor listings and take action on under-performing product lines.
Liaise with store keepers regarding missing / damaged items, warranty claims or returns. 7- Perform end off day report to all payment processing and refunds cash in / cash out.
8- Working Knowledge of ERP system , E-commerce platform, Facebook Ad Manager, CRM software. 9- Manage and exceed customer expectations.
Respond to emails as well as answer phone messages from both their clients and suppliers in 24 hours or less. Ensure the customer’s reception of packages on a timely manner.
