  • record the complaints of customers accurately;
  • manage the workshop floor to ensure smooth workflow;
  • ensure timely delivery to the customer;
  • interact with customers and resolve issues whenever necessary;
  • identify the fault of the vehicle and give directions to other workers to solve the issue;
  • ensure that engineering lost mileage is kept to a minimum and take appropriate, hands - on corrective

  • action where required including carrying out mechanical repairs when required;
  • ensure that vehicles are serviced in accordance with departmental service standards;
  • ensure that pro - active planned maintenance is carried out on vehicles to prevent problems occurring;
  • ensure full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control;
  • ensure all materials and labour resources used are posted to each and every job card;
  • ensure all workshop loading is done accordingly to CRM & Service advisor time guidelines;
  • ensure to provide training for the staff (technical, mechanical, communication with customer and etc.);
  • ensure quality job;
  • ensure reducing the number of repeated jobs;
  • monitor productivity, efficiency, utilization and act depending on results;
  • ensure all bulletins / recall / warranty are performed on every car in coordination with CRM.


  • Qatari driving license;
  • work experience minimum 3 years;
  • management skills;
  • leadership skills;
  • business management skills;
  • communication skills;
  • Degree / Diploma Holder.
