Role SummaryThe incumbent will be responsible for the Group website design, content, and regular update of the same and acting as technical advisor and support for the Group Communications to improve the utilization of the e-channels and managing Marketing and Research’s input into the internet site and other e-channels.
Role DescriptionProvide input in E-Marketing related budgets to facilitate the delivery and execution of the communications budget and strategy.
Coordinate with Group Internal Audit and Compliance functions to provide them with the information they require.Work with design teams, marketing staff and developers to create a consistent and compelling visual style for a company's websiteDesign and format web pages.
Test and troubleshoot web page features.Create artwork to appear on web pages.Analyze business and user requirements and make recommendations regarding the design and development of web-based e-commerce communications solutions.
Coordinate work with web designers and other technical specialists for the implementation of e-commerce communication website contents.
Test and evaluate e-commerce site performance and monitor site analytics.Integrate websites with back-end systems such as databases.
Possess excellent design and conceptual skills in combination with an in-depth knowledge of the technology and software applications used to create web pages.
Well versed in web technologies and tools such as Java, XML, ASP, ColdFusion, SOAP, HTML / DHTML and others. Also, should be familiar with HTML, XML, JSP, CSS and similar web protocols as well as web-page and design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash and InDesign.
Actively participate in meetings which aim to assess individual as well as the department’s overall performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Arts preferably Web Design emphasis.
At least 4 years experience in Web Design.
